  1. 1. Rinse the chicken meat under running water and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
  2. 2. Cut the meat into small cubes.
  3. 3. Grind the meat cubes through the fine blade of your meat grinder.
  4. 4. Peel the garlic clove and chop it very finely.
  5. 5. Add the minced meat, garlic, mustard, egg, herbs, and breadcrumbs to a large bowl.
  6. 6. Knead all ingredients together by hand until you have a uniform mixture.
  7. 7. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. 8. Shape the meat mixture into four equal-sized burger patties.
  9. 9. Heat some oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
  10. 10. Fry the burger patties on both sides until golden brown and cooked through.
  11. 11. Rinse the lettuce leaves under cold water.
  12. 12. Remove any tough stems and spin the lettuce dry.
  13. 13. Peel the cucumber and slice it into thin rounds.
  14. 14. Slice the buns in half horizontally.
  15. 15. Spread a little ketchup on the bottom halves of the buns.
  16. 16. Place a lettuce leaf and a few cucumber slices on the bottom bun.
  17. 17. Place a cooked chicken patty on top of the vegetables.
  18. 18. Top the burger with fresh sprouts and additional lettuce leaves.
  19. 19. Place the top bun on and serve the burgers immediately.
