Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- salt
- black pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp paprika powder
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chicken breast fillets under cold water.
- 2. Pat the meat completely dry with kitchen paper.
- 3. Brush the fillets thinly with oil.
- 4. Season the meat evenly with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
- 5. Lightly oil the grill grate.
- 6. Place the chicken breast on the hot grill grate.
- 7. Grill the meat over medium heat.
- 8. Cook the first side for about 6 minutes.
- 9. Turn the fillet and grill the second side for another approx. 6 minutes.
- 10. Serve the finished chicken breast with fresh salad or raw vegetables if desired.
