  3. 3. Cut the chicken breast into 8 thin slices.
  4. 4. Pound the meat slices flat until they look like cutlets.
  5. 5. Slice the mozzarella cheese.
  6. 6. Wash the rosemary sprigs and shake them dry.
  7. 7. Season the chicken slices with salt and pepper.
  8. 8. Top each cutlet with a slice of mozzarella.
  9. 9. Place a piece of rosemary in the center on top of the cheese.
  10. 10. Roll up the chicken slices tightly.
  11. 11. Wrap one slice of bacon around each roll.
  12. 12. Secure the rolls with toothpicks.
  13. 13. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  14. 14. Fry the rolls on all sides until golden brown over medium heat.
  15. 15. The cooking time is about 6 to 8 minutes.
