  8. 8. Fry the chicken breast in the hot oil on all sides.
  9. 9. Add the onion rings and the chopped garlic to the meat.
  10. 10. Sauté the vegetables briefly.
  11. 11. Season the mixture with paprika powder, chili, salt, and pepper.
  12. 12. Fry the spices briefly.
  13. 13. Deglaze the mixture with the meat broth.
  14. 14. Let the stew simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes.
  15. 15. Add more broth if necessary.
  16. 16. Taste the stew and adjust the seasoning before serving.

  18. 18. Add a dollop of sour cream to each plate.
