  1. 1. Season the chicken breast fillets with salt and pepper and fry them in hot oil for about 8 minutes. Remove them, wrap them in aluminum foil and keep them warm.
  2. 2. Peel the onion and dice it. Sauté it in the frying fat. Add the tomato pieces and red wine, season the sauce and let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Finally, adjust the seasoning to taste.
  3. 3. Stir the oregano and olives into the tomato sauce. Remove the chicken breast fillets from the foil and stir the released meat juices into the sauce.
  4. 4. Slice the chicken breast fillets diagonally and serve them with the sauce.
  5. 5. Serve with pasta.
