🍽️ Chicken Breast with Tomato and Chorizo Vegetables

Ingredients
- 250 g Chorizo
- 200 g Soft Tomato
- 1 clove Garlic
- 50 g black Olives
- 1 Onion
- 4 Chicken Breast Fillets (approx. 120 g each)
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 200 ml dry White Wine
- Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Paprika Powder (sweet)
Instructions
- 1. Slice the chorizo sausage into rounds and then into thin strips.
- 2. Cut the tomatoes into strips as well.
- 3. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
- 4. Drain the olives and chop them finely too.
- 5. Peel the onion and dice it into small pieces.
- 6. Rinse the chicken breast and pat it dry.
- 7. Season with salt and pepper.
- 8. Fry it in hot oil in a pan until golden brown on all sides.
- 9. Remove the meat from the pan.
- 10. Sauté the onions together with the garlic and chorizo in the same pan until translucent.
- 11. Briefly cook the tomato paste in.
- 12. Deglaze with wine.
- 13. Add the olives and tomatoes.
- 14. Season everything to taste with sal
- 15. Slice the chicken breast
- 16. serve it together with the seasoned chorizo and tomato mixture.
