  1. 1. Slice the chorizo sausage into rounds and then into thin strips.
  2. 2. Cut the tomatoes into strips as well.
  3. 3. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
  4. 4. Drain the olives and chop them finely too.
  5. 5. Peel the onion and dice it into small pieces.
  6. 6. Rinse the chicken breast and pat it dry.
  7. 7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. 8. Fry it in hot oil in a pan until golden brown on all sides.
  9. 9. Remove the meat from the pan.
  10. 10. Sauté the onions together with the garlic and chorizo in the same pan until translucent.
