🍽️ Crispy Chicken Breast with Creamy Kohlrabi

Ingredients
- 500 g kohlrabi
- 2 tbsp butter
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- nutmeg
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- tarragon
- 150 g whipping cream
- 2 chicken breast fillets
Instructions
- 1. Peel the kohlrabi and cut it into small sticks.
- 2. Heat butter in a pan and sauté the kohlrabi sticks.
- 3. Pour in half a cup of water and cover the pan.
- 4. Let the vegetables cook for about 10 minutes with the lid on.
- 5. Remove the lid and let the remaining liquid evaporate quickly.
- 6. Season the kohlrabi with salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg.
- 7. Add some lemon juice to balance the flavors.
- 8. Pour the cream into the pan and let the sauce simmer for about 3 to 4 minutes.
- 9. Stir fresh tarragon leaves into the sauce.
- 10. Season the chicken breast fillets with salt and pepper.
- 11. Heat clarified butter in a separate pan.
- 12. Fry the chicken fillets for about 5 minutes per side until golden brown.
- 13. Serve the chicken breast on plates alongside the kohlrabi.
- 14. Garnish the dish with fresh tarragon if desired.
