🍽️ Grilled chicken breast with mixed vegetables

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- bell peppers (1 red and 1 yellow each)
- 1 large red onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Brush the chicken breast lightly with oil and season generously with salt and pepper. Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds, and cut it into wide strips. Peel the onion and cut it into wedges.
- 2. Brush the vegetables with a little oil as well.
- 3. Grill the chicken breast on the hot grill for about 4 minutes on each side. Place the vegetables on aluminum foil and grill for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve alongside the chicken.
