  1. 1. Put the mascarpone and the yogurt into a bowl.
  2. 2. Mix the two ingredients well together.
  3. 3. Coarsely crush the peppercorns in a mortar.
  4. 4. Stir the crushed peppercorns and the honey into the yogurt-mascarpone cream.
  5. 5. Season the sauce with lime juice and salt.
  6. 6. Rinse the chicken meat under cold water.
  7. 7. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
  8. 8. Warm the peanut cream in a small pot.
  9. 9. Let the peanut cream melt.
  10. 10. Season the melted peanut cream with lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  11. 11. Chop the peanuts finely.
  12. 12. Coat the chicken fillet strips all around with the seasoned peanut cream.
  13. 13. Roll the coated fillet strips in the chopped peanuts.
  14. 14. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan.
  15. 15. Fry the chicken fillet strips in the hot oil all around for approx. 6 minutes.
  16. 16. Plate the fried chicken fillets.
  17. 17. Serve the fillets together with the prepared sauce.
  18. 18. Garnish the dish with Asian herbs as desired.
