🍽️ Peanut Chicken with Creamy Sauce

Ingredients
- 100 g Mascarpone
- 100 g Yogurt
- 1 tsp pink peppercorns
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Lime juice
- Salt
- 500 g Chicken breast fillet
- 60 g Peanut butter (fine)
- 1 dash Lime juice
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- 100 g Peanuts
- 4 tbsp Soybean oil
Instructions
- 1. Put the mascarpone and the yogurt into a bowl.
- 2. Mix the two ingredients well together.
- 3. Coarsely crush the peppercorns in a mortar.
- 4. Stir the crushed peppercorns and the honey into the yogurt-mascarpone cream.
- 5. Season the sauce with lime juice and salt.
- 6. Rinse the chicken meat under cold water.
- 7. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
- 8. Warm the peanut cream in a small pot.
- 9. Let the peanut cream melt.
- 10. Season the melted peanut cream with lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- 11. Chop the peanuts finely.
- 12. Coat the chicken fillet strips all around with the seasoned peanut cream.
- 13. Roll the coated fillet strips in the chopped peanuts.
- 14. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan.
- 15. Fry the chicken fillet strips in the hot oil all around for approx. 6 minutes.
- 16. Plate the fried chicken fillets.
- 17. Serve the fillets together with the prepared sauce.
- 18. Garnish the dish with Asian herbs as desired.
