  1. 1. Rinse the chicken breast fillets under running water.
  2. 2. Season the meat with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. 3. Heat one tablespoon of ghee in a large frying pan.
  4. 4. Fry the chicken fillets on each side for about five minutes until golden brown.
  5. 5. Remove the cooked chicken breast from the pan and set it aside.
  6. 6. Peel one onion and slice it into thin rings.
  7. 7. Clean the mushrooms and slice them into half-centimeter thick pieces.
  8. 8. Heat the remaining ghee in a second frying pan.
  9. 9. Fry the onion rings until they are soft and translucent.
  10. 10. Add the mushrooms and sauté them for two to three minutes while stirring.
  11. 11. Deglaze the mushrooms with broth.
  12. 12. Dilute the thickening agent according to package instructions in a little cold liquid and stir it into the hot sauce.
  13. 13. Season the sauce finally with salt and pepper.
  14. 14. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
  15. 15. Cook the snow peas in it for about four minutes until tender-crisp.
  16. 16. Drain the snow peas.
  17. 17. Place the chicken breast on the plates.
  18. 18. Pour the mushroom sauce over the meat.
  19. 19. Garnish with the snow peas and serve the dish warm.
