  3. 3. Place each breast on a separate sheet of baking paper.
  4. 4. Wash the spring onions thoroughly.
  5. 5. Trim the hard ends of the spring onions.
  6. 6. Place the spring onions on the meat.
  7. 7. Spread the spices evenly over the chicken breasts.
  8. 8. Pour the soy sauce over the meat.
  9. 9. Dab the honey onto the chicken breasts.
  10. 10. Drizzle a little olive oil over them.
  11. 11. Season with salt to your liking.
  12. 12. Fold the baking paper into small packets.
  13. 13. Tie the ends of the packets securely with kitchen twine.
