🍽️ Grilled Skewers with Chicken and Zucchini

Ingredients
- 500 g zucchini (2 thin zucchini)
- 600 g eggplants (2 thin eggplants)
- 600 g chicken breast fillet
- salt
- pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 stalks cilantro
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the zucchini and the eggplant under running water.
- 2. Slice the zucchini and the eggplant into round slices.
- 3. Rinse the chicken fillet under cold water.
- 4. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
- 5. Cut the chicken fillet into small, bite-sized cubes.
- 6. Season the prepared ingredients with salt and pepper.
- 7. Thread the vegetable pieces and the meat cubes alternately onto the wooden skewers.
- 8. Brush the skewers with olive oil.
- 9. Place the skewers on the hot grill.
- 10. Grill the skewers all around for 10 minutes.
- 11. Wash the coriander plant under running water.
- 12. Shake the coriander dry.
- 13. Pluck the coriander leaves from the stems.
- 14. Place the grilled skewers on a plate.
- 15. Garnish the skewers with the fresh coriander leaves.
