  2. 2. Rinse the tomatoes with cold water and peel off the skin.
  3. 3. Cut the cored tomatoes into quarters.
  4. 4. Wash the spring onions and chop them finely.
  5. 5. Dice the chicken meat.
  6. 6. Fry the meat in hot oil for about 5 minutes.
  7. 7. Sprinkle cumin, paprika powder, salt, and pepper over it.
  8. 8. Add the spring onions and the tomatoes.
  9. 9. Fry everything together briefly.
  10. 10. Season the mixture to taste.
  11. 11. Let the mixture drain and save the liquid.
  12. 12. Spread one tablespoon of sour cream on each tortilla.
  13. 13. Place the chicken mixture on the tortillas.
  14. 14. Roll the tortillas up tightly.
  15. 15. Place the wraps in a greased baking dish.
  16. 16. Drizzle the wraps with the saved chicken broth.
  17. 17. Sprinkle cheese over the wraps.
  18. 18. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  19. 19. Bake the wraps in the oven for about 15 minutes.
  20. 20. Cut the iceberg lettuce into strips.
  21. 21. Serve the wraps with the lettuce strips and tomato quarters.
