🍽️ Crispy Chicken Wraps

Ingredients
- 400 g Tomatoes
- 2 bunch Spring onions
- 4 Chicken breast fillets
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp Paprika powder (hot)
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- 8 Wheat tortillas (ready-made, refrigerated section)
- 300 g Sour cream
- 80 g Grated Gouda
Instructions
- 1. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes for a few seconds.
- 2. Rinse the tomatoes with cold water and peel off the skin.
- 3. Cut the cored tomatoes into quarters.
- 4. Wash the spring onions and chop them finely.
- 5. Dice the chicken meat.
- 6. Fry the meat in hot oil for about 5 minutes.
- 7. Sprinkle cumin, paprika powder, salt, and pepper over it.
- 8. Add the spring onions and the tomatoes.
- 9. Fry everything together briefly.
- 10. Season the mixture to taste.
- 11. Let the mixture drain and save the liquid.
- 12. Spread one tablespoon of sour cream on each tortilla.
- 13. Place the chicken mixture on the tortillas.
- 14. Roll the tortillas up tightly.
- 15. Place the wraps in a greased baking dish.
- 16. Drizzle the wraps with the saved chicken broth.
- 17. Sprinkle cheese over the wraps.
- 18. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- 19. Bake the wraps in the oven for about 15 minutes.
- 20. Cut the iceberg lettuce into strips.
- 21. Serve the wraps with the lettuce strips and tomato quarters.
