🍽️ Chicken Skewers with Yogurt Dip

Ingredients
- 600 g chicken breast fillet
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 bunch spring onions
- 2 tub Greek yogurt
- 200 g feta cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt (pepper)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the meat under cold running water and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2. Cut the meat into small, bite-sized cubes.
- 3. Thread three meat cubes onto each skewer.
- 4. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
- 5. Fry the skewers in batches on all sides for about 6 minutes until golden brown.
- 6. Keep the finished skewers warm.
- 7. Clean the spring onions and wash them thoroughly.
- 8. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
- 9. Take two-thirds of the spring onion rings and arrange them on a serving plate.
- 10. Peel the garlic clove.
- 11. Press the garlic directly into the yogurt.
- 12. Crumble the cheese finely with your fingers.
- 13. Add the remaining spring onion rings to the yogurt.
- 14. Mix the cheese and onions thoroughly with the yogurt.
- 15. Season the dip to taste with salt and pepper.
- 16. Place the chicken skewers directly onto the spring onions on the plate.
- 17. Serve the skewers together with the cheese-yogurt dip.
