  1. 1. Rinse the meat under cold running water and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
  2. 2. Cut the meat into small, bite-sized cubes.
  3. 3. Thread three meat cubes onto each skewer.
  4. 4. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
  5. 5. Fry the skewers in batches on all sides for about 6 minutes until golden brown.
  6. 6. Keep the finished skewers warm.
  7. 7. Clean the spring onions and wash them thoroughly.
  8. 8. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
  9. 9. Take two-thirds of the spring onion rings and arrange them on a serving plate.
  10. 10. Peel the garlic clove.
  11. 11. Press the garlic directly into the yogurt.
  12. 12. Crumble the cheese finely with your fingers.
  13. 13. Add the remaining spring onion rings to the yogurt.
  14. 14. Mix the cheese and onions thoroughly with the yogurt.
  15. 15. Season the dip to taste with salt and pepper.
  16. 16. Place the chicken skewers directly onto the spring onions on the plate.
  17. 17. Serve the skewers together with the cheese-yogurt dip.
