  1. 1. Rinse the chicken meat under running water and then pat it completely dry with kitchen paper.
  2. 2. Season the meat with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. 3. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Fry the meat until golden brown on all sides.
  5. 5. Reduce the heat and let the meat cook through until it is tender inside.
  6. 6. Remove the meat from the pan and let it cool down to lukewarm on a plate.
  7. 7. Cut the cooled meat into wide strips.
  8. 8. Wrap each strip of meat tightly in a single slice of ham.
  9. 9. Wash the tomatoes under running water and dry them off.
  10. 10. Wash the spring onions, cut them in half lengthwise, and divide them into pieces about 8 centimeters long.
  11. 11. Clean the mushrooms thoroughly and slice them into thin slices.
  12. 12. Wash the beans and remove any hard ends.
  13. 13. Bring water to a boil, add some salt, and boil the beans for about 8 minutes (this is called blanching).
  14. 14. Drain the beans and rinse them immediately with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  15. 15. Let the beans drain well in a colander.
  16. 16. Wash the leaf salad, remove any picked leaves, and spin it dry.
  17. 17. Whisk vinegar, 4 tablespoons of oil, and honey in a small bowl for the vinaigrette.
  18. 18. Season the vinaigrette finally with salt and pepper.
  19. 19. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a clean frying pan over high heat.
  20. 20. Fry the chicken-ham rolls sharply on all sides until they are crispy.
  21. 21. Add the halved tomatoes to the pan and fry them briefly.
  22. 22. Mix the dry salad with the beans and the spring onion pieces.
  23. 23. Arrange the salad on plates and drizzle it with the vinaigrette.
  24. 24. Place the chicken rolls next to the salad on the plate.
  25. 25. Garnish the rolls with the fried tomatoes and serve the dish immediately.
