Ingredients
- 400 g chicken breast fillet
- 1 lime
- 1 red chili pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp oil

- 50 g lightly salted peanuts
- 2 spring onions

Instructions
- 1. Slice the chicken breast into thin, long strips.
- 2. Lightly coat the wooden skewers with oil.
- 3. Thread the meat strips onto the skewers in an accordion style.
- 4. Rinse the lime thoroughly.
- 5. Finely zest the lime.
- 6. Squeeze the juice from the lime.
- 7. Make a lengthwise cut in the chili pepper.
- 8. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper.
- 9. Rinse the chili pepper again.
- 10. Cut the chili pepper into fine strips.
- 11. Peel the garlic clove.
- 12. Dice the garlic finely.
- 13. Place the lime zest, lime juice, chili, garlic, and oil into a bowl.
- 14. Mix the marinade ingredients well.
- 15. Place the skewers into the marinade.
- 16. Let the skewers marinate for one hour.
- 17. Peel the mango.
- 18. Cut the mango flesh into small cubes.
- 19. Finely chop the peanuts.
- 20. Peel the onions.
- 21. Rinse the onions.
- 22. Slice the onions into fine rings.
- 23. Place all salsa ingredients into a bowl.
- 24. Mix the salsa ingredients.
- 25. Season the salsa to your taste.
- 26. Preheat the grill.
- 27. Place the skewers on the grill.
- 28. Grill the skewers for about 10 minutes.
- 29. Turn the skewers once halfway through the cooking time.
- 30. Lightly salt the skewers.
- 31. Serve the skewers together with the salsa.
