🍕 Chicken Pizza

Ingredients
- 500 g flour (Type 1050)
- 1 cube yeast (42 g)
- salt
- 1 pinch sugar
- 250 ml warm water
- 2 chicken breast fillets (approx. 160 g each)
- 2 large onions
- 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 1 small red chili pepper (seeded, finely chopped)
- 1 shallot (finely chopped)
- cumin (1/2 tsp each, ground)
- coriander (1/2 tsp each, ground)
- 3 tbsp light soy sauce
- 6 tbsp coconut milk
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 500 g yogurt (3.7% fat)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken fillets in half lengthwise.
- 2. Slice the meat halves into small strips.
- 3. Mix all ingredients except the large onions to make a marinade.
- 4. Place the meat strips in the marinade for a few hours.
- 5. Mix the yeast with the sugar and a little warm water until it is liquid.
- 6. Mix the flour with 1 teaspoon of salt.
- 7. Knead the flour together with the yeast and the rest of the water into a smooth dough.
- 8. Add a little more water or flour if necessary, depending on the consistency of the dough.
- 9. Let the dough rise in a warm, draft-free place for 60 minutes.
- 10. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
- 11. Peel the onions.
- 12. Cut the onions into wedges.
- 13. Dust a work surface with flour.
- 14. Roll out the dough flat on the work surface.
- 15. Place the dough on a baking sheet.
- 16. Brush the dough with a little sesame oil.
- 17. Top the dough with the drained chicken slices.
- 18. Top the pizza with the onion wedges.
- 19. Drizzle everything with the remaining marinade.
- 20. Put the baking sheet in the oven.
- 21. Bake the pizza golden brown for 20 minutes.
- 22. Cut the pizza into pieces.
- 23. Top each piece with 1 tablespoon of yogurt.
- 24. Garnish the pizza with coriander leaves.
- 25. Serve the pizza.
