🍕 Chicken Pizza

Ingredients
- 250 g wheat wholemeal flour
- 0.125 l lukewarm water
- 50 g olive oil
- 20 g fresh yeast
- salt
- 80 g mushrooms
- 100 g broccoli florets
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 4 slices Parma ham
- 170 g grated Emmental cheese
- basil
Instructions
- 1. Mix the flour with the crumbled yeast, water, oil, and salt to form a soft dough. Cover it and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
- 2. Clean the mushrooms and slice them into thin strips.
- 3. Clean the broccoli and cut it into smaller pieces if necessary. Boil it for 3 minutes in boiling salted water (this is called blanching), drain it, shock it with cold water, and let it drain well.
- 4. Slice the chicken breast lengthwise into strips about 1 cm thick and season with salt and pepper. Halve the ham.
- 5. Knead the dough well again and press it into a greased pizza pan (approx. 28 to 30 cm in diameter). Form a small edge.
- 6. Preheat the oven to 225 degrees. Top the base with broccoli, mushrooms, chicken strips, and ham, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake the pizza for 25 minutes until crispy in the oven and garnish with basil.
