Ingredients
- 750 g chicken breast fillet
- 3 large onions
- 3 red bell peppers
- 60 ml sunflower oil
- 1 lime (juice)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chicken breast fillets under running water.
- 2. Pat the meat completely dry with kitchen paper.
- 3. Peel the onions.
- 4. Wash the peppers and remove the inside including the seeds.
- 5. Cut the meat, onions, and peppers into roughly equal-sized cubes.
- 6. Preheat your grill.
- 7. Thread the ingredients onto 8 metal skewers.
- 8. Ensure a colorful mix of ingredients.
- 9. Mix oil, lime juice, and soy sauce in a small bowl.
- 10. Pour the marinade over the skewers.
- 11. Let the skewers marinate for 30 minutes.
- 12. Place the skewers on the hot grill.
- 13. Cook the chicken through on all sides.
- 14. Spend a total of about 10 to 12 minutes on the grill.
- 15. Brush the skewers again with the remaining marinade in the last few minutes.
