  1. 1. Peel the potatoes and wash them thoroughly.
  2. 2. Cut the potatoes into sticks about 1 cm thick and uniform.
  3. 3. Place the potato sticks in a colander and rinse them under running water until the water runs clear.
  4. 4. Put the potatoes in a bowl and pour boiling water over them.
  5. 5. Let the potatoes soak in the hot water for 15 minutes.
  6. 6. Drain the water and dry the potatoes well.
  7. 7. Preheat the oven to 240 °C (convection 220 °C or gas mark 4).
  8. 8. Toss the dry potatoes with 2 tablespoons of oil, salt, pepper, paprika powder, and 1 tablespoon of flour.
  9. 9. Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread the fries on it.
  10. 10. Bake the fries in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  11. 11. Turn the fries once after 15 minutes.
  12. 12. Wash the chicken breast fillets and pat them dry with kitchen paper.
  13. 13. Cut the chicken meat into nugget pieces.
  14. 14. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  15. 15. Dust the chicken pieces with the remaining flour.
  16. 16. Whisk the eggs in a bowl.
  17. 17. Put the breadcrumbs in a deep plate.
  18. 18. Dip the chicken pieces one by one into the whisked eggs.
  19. 19. Turn the wet chicken pieces in the breadcrumbs.
  20. 20. Press the breadcrumbs firmly onto the meat.
  21. 21. Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan.
  22. 22. Fry the nuggets over medium heat for about 4 to 6 minutes on each side.
  23. 23. Ensure that the chicken meat is fully cooked through.
  24. 24. Let the finished nuggets drain on kitchen paper.
  25. 25. Bring water in a pot to a boil and salt it.
  26. 26. Cook the corn and beans briefly in the boiling water (blanch).
  27. 27. Shock the vegetables with cold water and let them drain.
  28. 28. Heat butter in a frying pan.
  29. 29. Toss the vegetables one by one in the hot butter.
  30. 30. Season the vegetables with salt at the end.
  31. 31. Serve the chicken nuggets with the fries and vegetables on plates.
