Ingredients
- 560 g chicken breast fillet (4 chicken breast fillets)
- 3 nectarines
- 3 spring onions
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 4 tbsp liquid honey
- baby spinach
- wooden skewers
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chicken fillets under cold water.
- 2. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut the chicken meat into bite-sized cubes.
- 4. Wash the nectarines thoroughly.
- 5. Halve the nectarines and remove the pits.
- 6. Cut the nectarines into wedges.
- 7. Wash the spring onions.
- 8. Remove the tough ends of the spring onions.
- 9. Cut the white and light green parts of the spring onions diagonally into pieces about 4 cm long.
- 10. Thread chicken cubes, spring onion pieces, and nectarine wedges alternately onto the wooden skewers.
- 11. Brush the skewers with oil.
- 12. Season the skewers with salt and pepper.
- 13. Place the skewers on the hot grill.
- 14. Grill the skewers for 6 to 8 minutes.
- 15. Turn the skewers regularly while grilling.
- 16. Brush the skewers with honey in the last minute.
- 17. Wash the spinach.
- 18. Spin the spinach dry.
- 19. Distribute the spinach onto four plates.
- 20. Place the grilled skewers on top of the spinach.
