  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius. Alternatively, prepare a grill.
  2. 2. Rinse the chicken breast fillets under running water. Pat them dry with a kitchen towel. Cut the meat into bite-sized cubes. Thread the meat pieces onto 8 to 12 wooden skewers.
  3. 3. Mix the oil with paprika powder, cumin, and honey in a bowl. Squeeze the lime and stir the juice into the marinade. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. Brush the meat with this marinade. Let the meat marinate for 30 minutes.
  4. 4. Place the marinated skewers in the oven or on the grill. Bake or grill them for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Brush the meat with the remaining marinade repeatedly during the cooking time.
  5. 5. Peel the cucumber for the yogurt sauce. Cut it in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds from the cucumber halves. Dice the flesh into small cubes.
  6. 6. Mix the cucumber cubes with the yogurt. Season the sauce with cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Stir everything well until the spices are evenly distributed.
