  3. 3. Season the marinade with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and let them marinate for 30 minutes.
  5. 5. Peel the mango and cut the flesh into thick slices away from the pit.
  6. 6. Dice the mango pieces.
  7. 7. Thread the marinated chicken cubes and mango cubes alternately onto wooden skewers.
  8. 8. Cook the skewers in a grill pan or on the grill for about 7 minutes on all sides.
  9. 9. Serve the skewers warm or cold.
