Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp soy sauce (light)
- 1 tbsp honey
- salt
- pepper
- 1 mango
- 2 tbsp ghee
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken breast fillets into small cubes.
- 2. Mix lemon juice, soy sauce, and honey in a bowl.
- 3. Season the marinade with salt and pepper.
- 4. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and let them marinate for 30 minutes.
- 5. Peel the mango and cut the flesh into thick slices away from the pit.
- 6. Dice the mango pieces.
- 7. Thread the marinated chicken cubes and mango cubes alternately onto wooden skewers.
- 8. Cook the skewers in a grill pan or on the grill for about 7 minutes on all sides.
- 9. Serve the skewers warm or cold.
