  2. 2. Remove the bones and skin from the meat.
  3. 3. Place the deboned and skinless meat into a large pot.
  4. 4. Dice the onions.
  5. 5. Sprinkle the onion cubes over the meat in the pot.
  6. 6. Peel the potatoes.
  7. 7. Cut the peeled potatoes into small cubes.
  8. 8. Wash the tomatoes under running water.
  9. 9. Remove the hard stem area from the top of the tomatoes.
  10. 10. Cut the tomatoes into quarters.
  11. 11. Peel the garlic cloves.
  12. 12. Finely chop the garlic.
  13. 13. Add the potato cubes to the onions and meat in the pot.
  14. 14. Sprinkle paprika powder over the ingredients in the pot.
  15. 15. Add the chopped garlic to the pot.
  16. 16. Add the chili peppers to the pot.
  17. 17. Add the tomato quarters to the pot.
  18. 18. Season everything with salt.
