🍽️ Crispy Chicken Thighs with Garlic-Rosemary Butter

Ingredients
- 6 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 3 garlic cloves
- 4 chicken drumsticks (kitchen-ready)
- salt
- pepper
- 2 tbsp butter
- 8 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 organic lemon
- 1 bunch spring onions
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Wash the rosemary sprigs and shake them well to remove excess water.
- 3. Wash the garlic cloves and cut them into long, thin strips.
- 4. Carefully slide the garlic strips under the skin of the chicken thighs.
- 5. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper to taste.
- 6. Melt the butter in a small pot or in the microwave.
- 7. Stir the lemon juice into the melted butter.
- 8. Brush the chicken thighs thoroughly with the butter-lemon mixture.
- 9. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish.
- 10. Tear off small pieces of the rosemary sprigs and tuck them into the chicken skin.
- 11. Slice the lemon into very thin rounds.
- 12. Place the lemon slices in the baking dish along with the chicken thighs.
- 13. Cut the spring onions in half lengthwise.
- 14. Add the spring onions to the baking dish as well.
- 15. Bake the chicken in the oven for about 60 minutes.
- 16. Remove the baking dish from the oven and plate the chicken.
- 17. Serve the chicken with the garlic-rosemary butter sauce.
