  47. 47. Add the leek rings to the chicken.
  48. 48. Cook everything for another 10 minutes.
  49. 49. Remove the thyme.
  50. 50. Season the dish with soy sauce.
  51. 51. Serve the braised chicken pieces and vegetables with the sage rice.
