  1. 1. Rinse the chicken breast and pat it dry.
  2. 2. Cut the meat into strips about 2 centimeters wide.
  3. 3. Place the antipasti in a colander over a bowl.
  4. 4. Let the vegetables drain.
  5. 5. Take two tablespoons of the oil from the bowl.
  6. 6. Heat the oil in a pan.
  7. 7. Add the chicken pieces to the hot pan.
  8. 8. Fry the meat while stirring constantly.
  9. 9. Fry the pieces for about 4 minutes on all sides.
  10. 10. Add the lemon juice to the pan.
  11. 11. Add the vegetable broth to the pan.
  12. 12. Add the drained vegetables to the pan.
  13. 13. Add the sage leaves to the pan.
  14. 14. Season the mixture with salt.
  15. 15. Season the mixture with pepper.
  16. 16. Let everything simmer for another 5 minutes.
  17. 17. Take a grissini stick.
  18. 18. Wrap a slice of Parma ham around the stick.
  19. 19. Repeat this for all grissini sticks.
