🍽️ Chicken Bowl with reis-fit Feelgood Chickpeas with Quinoa & Vegetables

Ingredients
- 100 g Chicken breast fillet
- 2 tsp Rapeseed oil
- Iodized salt (with fluoride)
- Pepper
- Paprika powder
- 1 handful Blueberries (30 g)
- 1 tbsp Cashew nuts (10 g)
- 50 g Feta (45% fat in dry matter)
- 1 sprig Parsley
- 1 pack reis-fit Feelgood (Chickpeas with Quinoa & Vegetables)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chicken breast under cold water.
- 2. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut the meat into thin strips.
- 4. Heat some oil in a pan.
- 5. Fry the chicken strips over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes until golden brown.
- 6. Season the meat with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
- 7. Remove the pan from the heat.
- 8. Take out the chicken and set it aside.
- 9. Pick over the blueberries.
- 10. Wash the blueberries.
- 11. Pat the blueberries dry.
- 12. Roast the cashew nuts in a second pan over low heat for about 4 minutes without adding extra fat.
- 13. Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces.
- 14. Wash the parsley.
- 15. Shake the parsley dry.
- 16. Chop the parsley finely.
- 17. Gently press the package of reis-fit Feelgood chickpeas with quinoa & vegetables to flatten it for easier opening.
- 18. Open the package.
- 19. Add the contents to the pan previously used for the chicken.
- 20. Add 2 tablespoons of water.
- 21. Warm the mixture over low heat for 2 minutes.
- 22. Place the warmed reis-fit Feelgood chickpeas with quinoa & vegetables into a bowl.
- 23. Arrange the chicken strips on top.
- 24. Arrange the roasted cashew nuts on top.
- 25. Arrange the blueberries on top.
- 26. Arrange the feta on top.
- 27. Garnish the dish with the chopped parsley.
