  1. 1. Rinse the chicken breast under cold water.
  2. 2. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Cut the meat into thin strips.
  4. 4. Heat some oil in a pan.
  5. 5. Fry the chicken strips over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes until golden brown.
  6. 6. Season the meat with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
  7. 7. Remove the pan from the heat.
  8. 8. Take out the chicken and set it aside.
  9. 9. Pick over the blueberries.
  10. 10. Wash the blueberries.
  11. 11. Pat the blueberries dry.
  12. 12. Roast the cashew nuts in a second pan over low heat for about 4 minutes without adding extra fat.
  13. 13. Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces.
  14. 14. Wash the parsley.
  15. 15. Shake the parsley dry.
  16. 16. Chop the parsley finely.
  17. 17. Gently press the package of reis-fit Feelgood chickpeas with quinoa & vegetables to flatten it for easier opening.
  18. 18. Open the package.
  19. 19. Add the contents to the pan previously used for the chicken.
  20. 20. Add 2 tablespoons of water.
  21. 21. Warm the mixture over low heat for 2 minutes.
  22. 22. Place the warmed reis-fit Feelgood chickpeas with quinoa & vegetables into a bowl.
  23. 23. Arrange the chicken strips on top.
  24. 24. Arrange the roasted cashew nuts on top.
  25. 25. Arrange the blueberries on top.
  26. 26. Arrange the feta on top.
  27. 27. Garnish the dish with the chopped parsley.
