  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Thoroughly wash the chickens.
  3. 3. Pat the chickens completely dry with kitchen paper.
  4. 4. Season the inside of the chickens with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Wash the parsley.
  6. 6. Shake the parsley dry.
  7. 7. Place the parsley inside the cavity of the chickens.
  8. 8. Melt the butter together with the honey in a small saucepan.
  9. 9. Stir the paprika powder into the melted mixture.
  10. 10. Season the mixture with a little salt and pepper.
  11. 11. Brush the chickens all over with the glaze.
  12. 12. Place the chickens breast-side up on the rack.
  13. 13. Slide a drip pan under the rack.
  14. 14. Place the chicken on the middle rack in the oven.
  15. 15. Roast the chicken for 50 to 60 minutes.
  16. 16. Brush the chicken repeatedly with the glaze in between.
