  2. 2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  3. 3. Wash the beans and remove the tough ends.
  4. 4. Boil the beans in salted water for about 8 minutes (blanching).
  5. 5. Drain the beans and rinse them with cold water.
  6. 6. Drain the beans well and place them in a greased baking dish.
  7. 7. Season the beans lightly with salt and pepper.
  8. 8. Lightly brown the beans in the preheated oven for 5 to 10 minutes.
  9. 9. Wash the tomatoes and remove the stem area.
  10. 10. Slice the tomatoes.
  11. 11. Distribute the tomato slices over the beans.
  12. 12. Season the tomatoes lightly with salt and pepper as well.
  13. 13. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  14. 14. Cube the feta cheese.
  15. 15. Mix the feta with the cottage cheese and turmeric.
  16. 16. Peel the onion and the garlic.
  17. 17. Finely chop the onion and the garlic.
  18. 18. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a hot pan.
  19. 19. Sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  20. 20. Remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture cool down.
  21. 21. Squeeze the soaked breadcrumbs well.
  22. 22. Mix the minced meat with the breadcrumbs, the egg, the mustard, and the onion mixture.
  23. 23. Season the minced meat mixture with salt and pepper.
  24. 24. Form small balls from the minced meat mixture.
  25. 25. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a hot pan.
  26. 26. Fry the meatballs until golden brown on all sides.
  27. 27. Distribute the cheese mixture over the vegetables in the baking dish.
  28. 28. Place the fried meatballs on top of the cheese mixture.
  29. 29. Gratin the dish for 10 to 15 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  30. 30. Remove the dish from the oven.
  31. 31. Serve the dish immediately.
