  2. 2. Peel the garlic clove and the shallot.
  3. 3. Dice the garlic and shallot into very fine cubes.
  4. 4. Heat the butter in a frying pan.
  5. 5. Sauté the onion and garlic cubes until translucent.
  6. 6. Transfer the mixture into a bowl.
  7. 7. Let the mixture cool down slightly.
  8. 8. Squeeze the soaked bread roll thoroughly.
  9. 9. Mix the minced meat with the cooled onion mixture, the egg, and the squeezed bread roll.
  10. 10. Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough.
  11. 11. Season the dough with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  12. 12. Wet your hands with water.
  13. 13. Shape 12 small rolls from the meat dough.
  14. 14. Each roll should be about 6 to 8 centimeters long.
  15. 15. Wrap each meat roll tightly with a strip of bacon.
  16. 16. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
  17. 17. Fry the bacon wraps all around in the pan.
  18. 18. Cook the rolls for about 10 minutes.
  19. 19. Serve the rolls warm or cold.
