  2. 2. Peel the onions and the garlic.
  3. 3. Cut the onions and garlic into very small cubes.
  4. 4. Wash the parsley and shake it dry.
  5. 5. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems and chop them finely.
  6. 6. Squeeze the soaked bread roll with your hands to remove the water.
  7. 7. Add the squeezed bread roll, the egg, the onion cubes, the garlic cubes, and the chopped parsley into a large bowl.
  8. 8. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  9. 9. Mix all ingredients well together until a homogeneous mass is formed.
  10. 10. Heat the oil in a large pan.
  11. 11. Form small balls from the meat mixture.
  12. 12. Fry the meatballs in the hot pan for 10 to 15 minutes.
  13. 13. Turn the balls regularly so they become golden brown and crispy on all sides.
