  5. 5. Sauté the shallot in hot butter until translucent.
  6. 6. Add the cucumber pieces to the shallot and mix well.
  7. 7. Deglaze the mixture with the broth.
  8. 8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. 9. Simmer the vegetables on low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
  10. 10. Add more broth if necessary to prevent drying out.
  11. 11. Soak the bread roll in water.
  12. 12. Squeeze the soaked bread roll thoroughly.
  13. 13. Place the minced meat, egg, parsley, squeezed bread, and lemon zest in a bowl.
