  1. 1. Loosen the ground meat with a fork. Finely chop the onions and garlic. Divide the cauliflower into small florets.
  2. 2. Heat the ghee in a large pan. Sauté the onions until translucent. Add the garlic and all spices, and sauté everything for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the cauliflower florets to the pan and fry briefly. Pour in the broth and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in the ground meat and cook for another 10 minutes. Season to taste if needed.
