🍽️ Crispy Meat Tartlets

Ingredients
- 8 Yufka pastry sheets
- 1 egg white
- butter
- 350 g minced beef
- 1 shallot
- 2 tbsp butter
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 36 cranberries
- 1 muffin baking tray (with 12 indentations)
Instructions
- 1. Melt the butter in a pot.
- 2. Grease the cups of a muffin tin with the melted butter.
- 3. Cut out 24 circles with a diameter of 10 cm from the Jufateig pastry sheets.
- 4. Brush half of the pastry circles with egg white.
- 5. Place a second pastry circle slightly offset on top of the brushed circle.
- 6. Gently press the pastry pairs into the prepared cups of the muffin tin.
- 7. Brush the pastry bases once more with a little butter.
- 8. Bake the tartlets in the preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 8 minutes until golden brown.
- 9. Peel the shallot and chop it finely.
- 10. Fry the minced meat in hot butter until crumbly.
- 11. Add the chopped shallot to the meat and continue frying everything together.
- 12. Stir the tomato paste into the meat mixture.
- 13. Season the filling with salt and pepper.
- 14. Let the filling cook for another 10 minutes over low heat.
- 15. Carefully remove the baked cups from the tin.
- 16. Fill the cups with the minced meat mixture.
- 17. Garnish the tartlets with cranberries.
