  1. 1. Melt the butter in a pot.
  2. 2. Grease the cups of a muffin tin with the melted butter.
  3. 3. Cut out 24 circles with a diameter of 10 cm from the Jufateig pastry sheets.
  4. 4. Brush half of the pastry circles with egg white.
  5. 5. Place a second pastry circle slightly offset on top of the brushed circle.
  6. 6. Gently press the pastry pairs into the prepared cups of the muffin tin.
  7. 7. Brush the pastry bases once more with a little butter.
  8. 8. Bake the tartlets in the preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 8 minutes until golden brown.
  9. 9. Peel the shallot and chop it finely.
  10. 10. Fry the minced meat in hot butter until crumbly.
  11. 11. Add the chopped shallot to the meat and continue frying everything together.
  12. 12. Stir the tomato paste into the meat mixture.
  13. 13. Season the filling with salt and pepper.
  14. 14. Let the filling cook for another 10 minutes over low heat.
  15. 15. Carefully remove the baked cups from the tin.
  16. 16. Fill the cups with the minced meat mixture.
  17. 17. Garnish the tartlets with cranberries.
