🍰 Vegetable Minced Meat Cake

Ingredients
- 200 g flour
- 40 g sesame seeds
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 100 g yogurt (0.3 % fat)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 tomatoes
- 4 zucchini
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 300 g mixed minced meat (or lamb mince)
- salt (pepper)
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 0.5 unpeeled lemon
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 300 g mozzarella
Instructions
- 1. Put flour, baking powder, and sesame seeds into a bowl.
- 2. Whisk the eggs with the yogurt.
- 3. Season the egg-yogurt mixture with salt.
- 4. Add the olive oil to the bowl.
- 5. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
- 6. Put the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- 7. Halve the peppers and remove the core.
- 8. Wash the peppers and cut them into thin strips.
- 9. Peel the onions and garlic.
- 10. Finely chop the onions and garlic.
- 11. Pour hot water over the tomatoes.
- 12. Shock the tomatoes under cold water.
- 13. Peel the tomatoes.
- 14. Halve the tomatoes and remove the seeds.
- 15. Finely chop the tomato flesh.
- 16. Wash the zucchini.
- 17. Slice the zucchini.
- 18. Heat the oil in portions in a pan.
- 19. Fry the zucchini slices one by one in the pan.
- 20. Place the fried zucchini slices on kitchen paper.
- 21. Let the oil drain from the zucchini slices.
- 22. Add the pepper strips and onions to the pan.
- 23. Fry the vegetables until they are translucent.
- 24. Add the minced meat to the pan.
- 25. Fry the minced meat until it is crumbly.
- 26. Add the garlic and tomatoes to the pan.
- 27. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 28. Continue frying the mixture.
