  6. 6. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  7. 7. Fry the meatballs until golden brown on all sides.
  8. 8. Remove the meatballs from the pan and keep them warm.
  9. 9. Peel the lemon.
  10. 10. Slice the lemon into thin rounds.
  11. 11. Cut a small piece of the lemon peel into very fine strips.
