🍽️ Crispy Meatballs with Chili

Ingredients
- 1 bread roll (from the day before)
- 2 spring onions
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 chili pepper
- 600 g mixed minced meat
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 tsp paprika powder (hot)
- oil (for frying)
Instructions
- 1. Soak the bread roll in lukewarm water.
- 2. Wash the spring onions, trim the ends, and chop them finely.
- 3. Peel the garlic and chop it finely as well.
- 4. Wash the chili pepper, remove the stem, and chop it small.
- 5. Place the minced meat into a large bowl.
- 6. Squeeze the bread roll dry and add it to the minced meat along with the spring onions, garlic, chili, parsley, egg, salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
- 7. Knead the ingredients thoroughly.
- 8. Shape the mixture into small balls.
- 9. Fry the meatballs in hot oil in a non-stick pan until browned all over, for 6 to 8 minutes.
- 10. Let the balls drain on kitchen paper.
