  1. 1. Soak the bread roll in lukewarm water.
  2. 2. Wash the spring onions, trim the ends, and chop them finely.
  3. 3. Peel the garlic and chop it finely as well.
  4. 4. Wash the chili pepper, remove the stem, and chop it small.
  5. 5. Place the minced meat into a large bowl.
  6. 6. Squeeze the bread roll dry and add it to the minced meat along with the spring onions, garlic, chili, parsley, egg, salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
  7. 7. Knead the ingredients thoroughly.
  8. 8. Shape the mixture into small balls.
  9. 9. Fry the meatballs in hot oil in a non-stick pan until browned all over, for 6 to 8 minutes.
  10. 10. Let the balls drain on kitchen paper.
