Ingredients
- 4 Taco Shells
- 250 g Ground Beef
- 1 Small Onion
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1 Pinch Chili
- 1 Tomato
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Cheese (, Grated)
- 4 Lettuce Leaves
- Sour Cream or Sour Cream Dip (Ready-made)
- Green Onions
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onion and the garlic.
- 2. Finely chop the onion and the garlic.
- 3. Fry the minced meat in oil until crumbly.
- 4. Add the chopped onion, the garlic, and the tomato paste.
- 5. Sauté the ingredients briefly.
- 6. Add about 100 to 150 milliliters of water.
- 7. Season the mixture with chili, salt, and pepper.
- 8. Let the sauce reduce slightly.
- 9. Warm the taco shells in the oven.
- 10. Slice the spring onions into fine rings.
- 11. Mix the spring onions with the sour cream.
- 12. Season the sour cream dip with salt and pepper.
- 13. Fill the dip into two small bowls.
- 14. Garnish the dip with a little spring onion.
- 15. Wash the tomato.
- 16. Halve the tomato.
- 17. Core the tomato.
- 18. Dice the tomato.
- 19. Place the lettuce leaves into the taco shells.
- 20. Distribute the minced meat sauce over the lettuce.
- 21. Garnish the tacos with the tomato cubes and the cheese.
- 22. Plate the tacos.
- 23. Serve the sour cream dip alongside.
- 24. Serve the tacos.
