🍽️ Grilled Minced Meat Skewers

Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 shallots
- 600 g beef mince
- 1 tbsp sweet paprika powder
- 1 egg
- Breadcrumbs (as needed)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- olive oil (for brushing)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic clove and the shallot.
- 2. Finely chop the garlic and the shallot.
- 3. Place the minced meat, chopped garlic, shallot, paprika powder, and egg in a bowl.
- 4. Mix the ingredients well together.
- 5. If necessary, add breadcrumbs until the mixture is easy to shape.
- 6. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 7. Shape 8 to 12 small rolls from the meat mixture.
- 8. Thread the rolls lengthwise onto metal skewers.
- 9. Brush the skewers with oil.
- 10. Place the skewers on the hot grill.
- 11. Grill the skewers on all sides for 8 to 10 minutes.
- 12. Serve the skewers with sauerkraut salad and vegetables as desired.
