  2. 2. Mix the flour with the salt and the sugar in a bowl.
  3. 3. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture.
  4. 4. Pour the yeast water and the oil into the well.
  5. 5. Knead everything quickly with your hands into a smooth dough.
  6. 6. Work the dough vigorously on a floured surface for about 10 minutes.
  7. 7. Let the dough rise, covered, in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  8. 8. Preheat the oven to 210 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  9. 9. Peel the onion and the garlic.
  10. 10. Fry the minced meat in a hot pan with 2 tablespoons of oil until crumbly.
  11. 11. Add the onion and the garlic to the meat.
  12. 12. Stir in the herbs and the tomatoes.
  13. 13. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  14. 14. Let the filling simmer for about 5 minutes.
  15. 15. Remove the pan from the heat.
  16. 16. Mix in the drained corn and the olives.
  17. 17. Knead the dough on a floured surface once more.
  18. 18. Roll the dough out into a rectangle of about 25 by 35 centimeters.
  19. 19. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper (30 by 40 centimeters).
  20. 20. Spread the minced meat mixture evenly over the dough.

  22. 22. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes.
  23. 23. After about 10 minutes of baking time, crack the eggs directly onto the pizza.
