🍕 Minced Meat Pizza with Cucumber Yogurt Dip

Ingredients
- 300 g flour
- salt
- 21 g fresh yeast (0.5 cube)
- 1 bunch spring onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp parsley (finely chopped)
- 0.5 tsp cumin (ground)
- 1 pinch chili powder
- 3 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 400 g beef mince
- 0.5 cucumber
- salt
- 2 garlic cloves
- 0.5 bunch dill
- 400 g yogurt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Mix the flour with one teaspoon of salt in a bowl.
- 2. Crumble the yeast and stir it into 125 milliliters of lukewarm water until smooth.
- 3. Add the yeast mixture to the flour and knead the dough thoroughly.
- 4. Cover the dough and let it rise for 45 minutes in a warm place.
- 5. Place the dough in an oven preheated to 40 degrees Celsius for this step.
- 6. Peel the cucumber and cut it in half lengthwise.
- 7. Scrape out the seeds from the cucumber halves.
- 8. Grate the cucumber flesh coarsely.
- 9. Mix the grated cucumber with half a teaspoon of salt.
- 10. Let the salted cucumbers sit for about 15 minutes.
- 11. Drain the liquid released from the cucumbers.
- 12. Press fresh garlic directly into the drained cucumbers.
- 13. Wash the dill and shake it dry.
- 14. Cut off the fine tips from the dill.
- 15. Stir the dill together with yogurt, lemon juice, and olive oil.
- 16. Season the yogurt mixture with pepper and salt to taste.
- 17. Place the finished sauce in the refrigerator.
- 18. Wash the spring onions and remove the tough ends.
- 19. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
- 20. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
- 21. Mix the parsley with the spring onions and the chopped garlic.
- 22. Add cumin and chili powder to the vegetable mixture.
- 23. Stir yogurt and tomato paste into the vegetables.
- 24. Mix the entire vegetable-yogurt mixture with the minced meat.
- 25. Season the meat mixture with salt as a final step.
- 26. Knead the dough vigorously one more time.
- 27. Divide the dough into two equal halves.
- 28. Dust your work surface with flour.
- 29. Roll each portion of dough into an oblong flatbread.
- 30. Place the dough flatbreads on baking sheets greased with oil.
- 31. Distribute the minced meat mixture evenly over the dough flatbreads.
- 32. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
- 33. Bake the pizzas on the lower rack in the preheated oven.
- 34. Bake the pizzas for about 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
- 35. Serve the hot pizzas with the cold cucumber-yogurt sauce.
