  4. 4. Cover the dough and let it rise for 45 minutes in a warm place.
  5. 5. Place the dough in an oven preheated to 40 degrees Celsius for this step.
  6. 6. Peel the cucumber and cut it in half lengthwise.
  7. 7. Scrape out the seeds from the cucumber halves.
  8. 8. Grate the cucumber flesh coarsely.
  9. 9. Mix the grated cucumber with half a teaspoon of salt.
  10. 10. Let the salted cucumbers sit for about 15 minutes.
  11. 11. Drain the liquid released from the cucumbers.
  12. 12. Press fresh garlic directly into the drained cucumbers.
  13. 13. Wash the dill and shake it dry.
  14. 14. Cut off the fine tips from the dill.
  15. 15. Stir the dill together with yogurt, lemon juice, and olive oil.
