🍽️ Spicy Minced Meat Pan with Cheese Scramble and Fresh Salsa

Ingredients
- 250 g mixed minced meat
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1.5 tsp chili powder
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp clove
- 0.5 tsp cumin
- 200 g tomatoes
- 1 small red chili pepper
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- 50 g grated cheddar
- 2 spring onions
- salt
- pepper
- 1 pack corn chips
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic clove and chop it very finely.
- 2. Heat the oil in a pan and briefly sauté the garlic in it.
- 3. Add the minced meat to the pan and fry it thoroughly while stirring constantly.
- 4. Sprinkle the spices over the meat and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- 5. Cut the chili pepper in half lengthwise.
- 6. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper halves and wash them thoroughly.
- 7. Finely chop the washed chili halves.
- 8. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes.
- 9. Mix the chopped chili, tomato cubes, lime juice, coriander, and a pinch of salt in a bowl to make the salsa.
- 10. Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl with the milk.
- 11. Season the egg mixture with salt and pepper.
- 12. Melt the butter in the same pan used for the meat.
- 13. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and stir until it sets into a creamy scramble.
- 14. Distribute the grated cheese evenly over the scrambled eggs.
- 15. Place a lid on the pan and let the dish simmer until the cheese has completely melted.
- 16. Clean the spring onions and wash them.
- 17. Cut off the tough ends of the spring onions.
- 18. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
- 19. Sprinkle the spring onion rings over the finished minced meat and egg dish.
- 20. Serve the minced meat and egg scramble on a plate.
- 21. Serve the prepared tomato salsa and tortilla chips on the side.
