  2. 2. Heat the oil in a pan and briefly sauté the garlic in it.
  3. 3. Add the minced meat to the pan and fry it thoroughly while stirring constantly.
  4. 4. Sprinkle the spices over the meat and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Cut the chili pepper in half lengthwise.
  6. 6. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper halves and wash them thoroughly.
  7. 7. Finely chop the washed chili halves.
  8. 8. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes.
  9. 9. Mix the chopped chili, tomato cubes, lime juice, coriander, and a pinch of salt in a bowl to make the salsa.
  10. 10. Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl with the milk.
  11. 11. Season the egg mixture with salt and pepper.
  12. 12. Melt the butter in the same pan used for the meat.
  13. 13. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and stir until it sets into a creamy scramble.
