🍽️ Juicy Meatloaf Heart with Egg

Ingredients
- 1 stale roll
- 1 large onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 300 g veal mince
- 800 g turkey mince
- 1 tsp granulated broth
- salt
- pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Soak the bread roll in lukewarm water.
- 3. Squeeze the soaked bread roll well until it is dry.
- 4. Peel the onion and chop it very finely.
- 5. Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press.
- 6. Mix the bread roll, onions, garlic, veal mince, and ground meat in a bowl.
- 7. Season the meat mixture with the broth, salt, and pepper.
- 8. Knead the chopped parsley into the meat mixture.
- 9. Grease a loaf pan with some oil.
- 10. Place half of the meat mixture into the prepared pan.
- 11. Press a indentation into the layer of meat with your fingers.
- 12. Place the boiled eggs into the indentation.
- 13. Cover the eggs with the remaining meat mixture.
- 14. Place an oven-safe cup with water next to the meatloaf in the oven.
- 15. Bake the meatloaf for about 50 minutes.
- 16. Remove the meatloaf from the oven.
- 17. Serve it warm or cold with a mixed salad.
