  3. 3. Squeeze the soaked bread roll well until it is dry.
  4. 4. Peel the onion and chop it very finely.

  6. 6. Mix the bread roll, onions, garlic, veal mince, and ground meat in a bowl.
  7. 7. Season the meat mixture with the broth, salt, and pepper.
  8. 8. Knead the chopped parsley into the meat mixture.
  9. 9. Grease a loaf pan with some oil.
