  5. 5. Season the meat with coriander, cumin, chili, paprika powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. 6. Add the chopped garlic and the egg.
  7. 7. Knead the mixture well until all ingredients are combined.
  8. 8. Moisten your hands with a little water.
  9. 9. Form small, equal-sized balls from the meat mixture.
  10. 10. Heat some rapeseed oil in a frying pan.
  11. 11. Fry the lamb meatballs on all sides until golden brown over medium heat.
  12. 12. The total frying time should be 6 to 8 minutes.

  15. 15. Cut the mint leaves into fine strips.
