  1. 1. Mix the sour cream and crème fraîche in a bowl until smooth.
  2. 2. Season the dip mixture with salt and a splash of lemon juice to taste.
  3. 3. Soak the bread roll in lukewarm water until soft.
  4. 4. Wash the spring onions, trim the ends, and chop them finely.
  5. 5. Peel the garlic and chop it finely as well.
  6. 6. Wash the chili pepper, remove the stem, and chop it finely.
  7. 7. Place the minced meat into a large mixing bowl.
  8. 8. Squeeze the soaked bread well and add it to the minced meat.
  9. 9. Add the chopped spring onions, garlic, chili, parsley, egg, salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
  10. 10. Knead all ingredients well until a homogeneous mixture forms.
  11. 11. Form small balls from the meat mixture.
  12. 12. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan.
  13. 13. Fry the meatballs in the hot oil on all sides until golden brown (approx. 6-8 minutes).
  14. 14. Let the finished balls drain on kitchen paper.
  15. 15. Serve the meatballs on lettuce leaves with the prepared dip.
