Ingredients
- 500 g mixed minced meat
- 1 shallot (finely chopped)
- 1 day-old rolls
- Milk (for soaking)
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 0.5 tsp salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- ghee
- 100 g whipping cream
- Fix- sauce thickener
- 3 tsp horseradish (from the jar)
- salt

Instructions
- 1. Heat some butter in a frying pan.
- 2. Finely chop a shallot and sauté it until translucent.
- 3. Soak a piece of bread roll in milk.
- 4. Squeeze the bread roll well to remove the milk.
- 5. Add the squeezed bread, the sautéed shallots, and an egg to the minced meat.
- 6. Finely chop some parsley.
- 7. Add the parsley, salt, and pepper to the meat.
- 8. Mix all ingredients thoroughly by hand.
- 9. Wet your hands with a little water.
- 10. Form small balls from the meat mixture.
- 11. Heat a little more butter in the pan.
- 12. Fry the meatballs until golden brown on all sides.
- 13. Remove the finished meatballs from the pan and set them aside.
- 14. Pour cream into the same pan.
- 15. Bring the cream to a boil.
- 16. Mix sauce thickener (e.g., cornstarch) with a little cold water.
- 17. Stir the starch mixture into the boiling cream.
- 18. Let the sauce simmer briefly until it thickens.
- 19. Stir grated horseradish into the sauce.
- 20. Season the sauce with salt and white pepper to taste.
- 21. Return the meatballs to the sauce.
- 22. Heat everything briefly until the balls are warm.
