  5. 5. Add the squeezed bread, the sautéed shallots, and an egg to the minced meat.
  6. 6. Finely chop some parsley.
  7. 7. Add the parsley, salt, and pepper to the meat.
  8. 8. Mix all ingredients thoroughly by hand.
  9. 9. Wet your hands with a little water.
  10. 10. Form small balls from the meat mixture.
  11. 11. Heat a little more butter in the pan.
  12. 12. Fry the meatballs until golden brown on all sides.
  13. 13. Remove the finished meatballs from the pan and set them aside.
  14. 14. Pour cream into the same pan.
  15. 15. Bring the cream to a boil.
  16. 16. Mix sauce thickener (e.g., cornstarch) with a little cold water.
  17. 17. Stir the starch mixture into the boiling cream.
  18. 18. Let the sauce simmer briefly until it thickens.
  19. 19. Stir grated horseradish into the sauce.
  20. 20. Season the sauce with salt and white pepper to taste.
  21. 21. Return the meatballs to the sauce.
  22. 22. Heat everything briefly until the balls are warm.
