  2. 2. Add the bread crumbs to the minced meat.
  3. 3. Crack the eggs into the bowl.
  4. 4. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs (panko or regular) over the mixture.
  5. 5. Season everything with paprika powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. 6. Knead the mixture thoroughly with both hands.
  7. 7. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan.
  8. 8. Wet your hands with a little water.
  9. 9. Shape small balls from the meat mixture.
  10. 10. Fry the balls in batches in the hot oil.
  11. 11. Cook them for about 5 to 6 minutes on all sides until done.
  12. 12. Remove the cooked meatballs from the pan.
  13. 13. Let them drain on kitchen paper.
  14. 14. Roll the meatballs in the chili sauce.
