Ingredients
- 0.5 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 400 g lamb mince
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. allspice
- 0.5 tsp. harissa
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onion and cut it into very small cubes.
- 2. Peel the garlic clove and chop it very finely.
- 3. Wash the thyme, shake it dry, and chop it very finely as well.
- 4. Mix the minced meat in a bowl with the egg, the diced onions, the chopped garlic, and the thyme.
- 5. Season the meat mixture with salt, cinnamon, allspice, and harissa.
- 6. Form small, even-sized balls from the mixture.
- 7. Heat oil in a pan and fry the balls until golden brown on all sides.
- 8. Insert a toothpick into each ball and serve them as finger food for snacking.
