  3. 3. Wash the thyme, shake it dry, and chop it very finely as well.
  4. 4. Mix the minced meat in a bowl with the egg, the diced onions, the chopped garlic, and the thyme.
  5. 5. Season the meat mixture with salt, cinnamon, allspice, and harissa.
  6. 6. Form small, even-sized balls from the mixture.
  7. 7. Heat oil in a pan and fry the balls until golden brown on all sides.
  8. 8. Insert a toothpick into each ball and serve them as finger food for snacking.
