🍽️ Minced Meat and Bean Tacos

Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp oil
- 250 g minced meat
- 200 g red beans
- salt
- pepper
- 1 both red and yellow bell pepper
- 1 handful lettuce leaves
- 8 small taco shells
- 1 small red chili pepper
- 1 tsp oil
- 250 g cream cheese spread
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chili pepper open lengthwise.
- 2. Remove the seeds from the pepper.
- 3. Rinse the pepper under running water.
- 4. Dice the chili pepper very finely.
- 5. Heat the oil in a small frying pan.
- 6. Sauté the chili briefly in the hot oil.
- 7. Stir the sautéed chili into the cream cheese spread.
- 8. Peel the onion.
- 9. Peel the garlic clove.
- 10. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan.
- 11. Fry the minced meat until it is crumbly.
- 12. Add the onion and garlic to the pan.
- 13. Sauté the vegetables briefly.
- 14. Stir the beans into the meat mixture.
- 15. Heat the beans together with the meat.
- 16. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 17. Cut the bell peppers into quarters.
- 18. Remove the seeds and white pith from the pepper pieces.
- 19. Rinse the bell peppers.
- 20. Dice the bell peppers very finely.
- 21. Tear the lettuce leaves into small pieces.
- 22. Rinse the lettuce leaves briefly.
- 23. Dry the lettuce leaves between two layers of kitchen paper.
- 24. Fill the taco shells with the minced meat mixture.
- 25. Add the diced bell pepper to the tacos.
- 26. Place the lettuce on the tacos.
- 27. Add the cheese cream as a topping.
